How much will it cost to clean my house?

Since every house is unique, we base our pricing on factors like the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean, clutter, surfaces of countertops and floors, etc.

We schedule free in-house quotes Monday through Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. You can be assured that we are providing you with a great house cleaning value. Our estimates are competitive, and our goal is to charge a fair price, give you a great cleaning and pay our cleaning assistants fairly so that they provide you with quality service.

Will all house cleaning visits cost the same amount?

The first house cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits. On this initial visit our cleaning assistants take additional cleaning steps to get the home up to our high standards. Once this initial visit has occurred, your home's cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleanings, and these regular visits are charged as a flat fee. You will receive an estimate for both for the initial cleaning and the regular house cleanings up front.

How is quality control performed?

Olga or Maria will make sure that you are completely satisfied with the cleaning service by supervising our staff's work. You would receive in a regular basis a scorecard so you can give us feedback. How do I get ready or prepare for the cleaning?

Make sure you inform us of any pet instructions, keys, alarms or other specifics about your household/office. Clutter is the #1 thing that slows us down, so we ask for it to be as picked up as possible in order for us to focus on cleaning your house.

How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

Typically, there will be two uniformed cleaning assistants working in your home/office and Olga or Maria will be supervising and directing the work and making sure that everything is cleaned to perfection. However, you will know how many people will be in your home up front.

What if something was not cleaned properly?

If you are ever unhappy with any area we've cleaned, simply call within 24 hours and we'll return the next day and re-clean the area to your satisfaction.

What If I Need to Reschedule a House Cleaning?

Simply call (704)526-8543 at least 24 hours prior to your cleaning visit, this time allows us to be able to find another job for the cleaner to fill the time slot you have vacated. Our cancelation policy is: You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning visit 24 hours prior to the visit at no charge. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the visit date, you will incur a cancellation fee of $20. We understand emergencies happen, so we won't charge this fee in case these emergencies happen.

How do I make my payment?

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash or checks/money-orders payable to Perfect House Cleaning.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.

I would like to get a gift certificate for a friend. How do I do that?

Am I liable for worker's compensation insurance or employment taxes?

Perfect House Cleaning assumes that liability and pays all insurance and tax related payments for you. We also offer Workers Compensation to all of our employees.

What if something gets damaged or broken?

Perfect House Cleaning is fully insured and will try to repair or replace anything that gets damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our staff. It is our company policy that our teams report any incident that occurs. Please note that if you do have something of extreme value, we ask that you inform us in advance so that we can show a high level of caution. If anything is ever broken or damaged, you will be notified and we will try to replace or repair the item immediately.
